Challenge

As Zalo wanted, they needed a campaign that could reach more Zalo users, and encourage them to use Zalo Pay as one of their primary sources of payment, while competing with Momo, VN Pay, and other competitors.

IDEA

The Idea is to grab as much attention and keep the users to stay as many as possible; hence, we focused on giving vouchers, time spent with the app, as well as using the app as a payment method to earn several different prizes, from free money to 100% discount vouchers. Additionally, we would also offers games to earn, as well as gathering newcomers to the platform.

​Process

We analyzed the same strategies used by other apps that have come before us (Momo, VNpay, etc) to see if our approach is feasible. With some of the same tactics and strategies we used are the similar with what they have done, we was confident of how straight-forward our plan was, without wasting the investment, time, and effort.

As a result, we were among the top 5 campaigns that had high chances of practicality, with good objectives set along the way.
